ON CHANGING THE FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE OF PREMISES NO. 27 IN BUILDING NO. 17 ON MOVSES KHORENATSI STREET

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Antoine Ter-Grigoryan, represented by Gevorg Babayan, regarding the establishment of a residential functional purpose for premises No. 27 (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property No. 15052026-01-0045) belonging to Antoine Ter-Grigoryan by right of ownership, located in building No. 17 on Movses Khorenatsi Street.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Point 7 of Appendix 1 to Decision No. 88 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of February 2, 2002, Points 1 and 5 of Appendix 1 to Decision No. 600-N of April 15, 2021, taking into account the conclusions of "Seismic Safety" LLC regarding the technical condition of the immovable property No. E214-26 of July 22, 2026, and the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan Municipality Staff No. N/42908-26 of July 3, 2026.

  1. To establish the functional purpose of premises No. 27, belonging to Antoine Ter-Grigoryan by right of ownership, located in building No. 17 on Movses Khorenatsi Street, as residential, without architectural and planning assignments and design changes, and to include it in the residential fund as an apartment, provided that it does not contradict the requirements of "HHSN 31-01-2014".

  2. To instruct the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan to register the immovable property mentioned in point 1 of this decision as an apartment.

  3. To take note that the change in the functional purpose of the immovable property established by this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  4. The decision enters into force on the day following its receipt.

  5. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within two months from the date of its entry into force.

  6. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of the decision to the heads of the Real Estate Management, Architecture and Urban Development Departments of the Yerevan Municipality Staff and the Head of Kentron administrative district. 7. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
