This decision of the Mayor of Yerevan concerns the change of the functional purpose of apartment No. 4, 5, 6 in building No. 52, Teryan Street, Kentron administrative district. According to the decision, the apartment will become public and will be included in the non-residential fund. The head of Kentron administrative district has been instructed to register the apartment as public and include it in the non-residential fund.

ON CHANGING THE FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE OF APARTMENT NO. 4, 5, 6 OF BUILDING NO. 52, TERYAN STREET, KENTRON
The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Tigran Petrosyan, l/a of Petros Adamyan, on changing the functional purpose of apartment No. 4, 5, 6 of building No. 52, Teryan Street, Kentron, owned by Petros Adamyan by right of ownership (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property No. 18052021-01-0339).
Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Point 7 of Appendix 1 to Decision No. 88 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of February 2, 2002, taking into account the conclusion N/48277-26 of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  1. To establish the functional purpose of the apartment located at Kentron, Teryan Street, building No. 52, apartment No. 4, 5, 6, owned by Petros Adamyan by right of ownership, as public, without architectural and planning assignments and design changes, and to include it in the non-residential fund as public (provided that it does not contradict the requirements of "HHSN 31-01-2014").
  2. To instruct the head of the Kentron administrative district to register the apartment mentioned in point 1 of this decision as public and include it in the non-residential fund.
  3. To take into account that the change in the functional purpose of the apartment established by this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
  4. This decision enters into force on the day following its receipt.
  5. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within two months from the date of its entry into force.
  6. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
