Establishing a professional group and defining a responsible unit

The Mayor's decision establishes a professional group to properly organize the festive decoration and event planning of Yerevan city. The group will perform the functions of the responsible unit for procurement, and its documents will be considered signed if the group leader and a member have signed them. The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision are entrusted to the head of the professional group.
