ON CLARIFYING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LAND PLOT LOCATED AT NORIKI STREET NO. 10 AND ISSUING A PLAN

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was Anahit Abelyan's application to clarify the boundaries of the land plot (household plot) located at Noriki Street No. 10 and to issue a plan.

The basis for discussing the issue was the state act of land ownership No. A031559 dated 04.04.1995.

From the study of the issue and the clarification of the topographic survey, it was found that the actual area of the land plot located at Noriki Street No. 10 is 396.08 sq.m. instead of the 400.0 sq.m. area stipulated in the state act of land ownership No. A031559.

The discussed land plot with an area of 396.08 sq.m., according to the annexes approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia's decision No. 1023-N of June 4, 2020, is located in the 8th zone according to the agreed land valuation scheme of Yerevan city.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in Yerevan City", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Articles 52 and 59 of the Land Code, taking into account the conclusion No. D-56453-26 of June 30, 2026, of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff:

  1. To establish that the boundaries of the land plot (household plot) located at Noriki Street No. 10 are determined by the plan approved in the prescribed manner for an area of 396.08 sq.m.

  2. This decision is subject to state registration in the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. The decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the heads of the Architecture and Urban Development, and Real Estate Management Departments of the Yerevan Municipality Staff. 5. Control over the implementation of the decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
