ON CHANGING THE INTENDED AND FUNCTIONAL PURPOSES OF THE LAND PLOT LOCATED AT YEREVAN, SHENGAVIT ADDRESS

    According to the conventional signs stipulated in the general plan of Yerevan city, approved by decision No. 204-Ն of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan dated September 10, 2024, the purpose of the land plot with cadastral code 01-011-0244-0097, with an area of 0.02407 ha, located at Shengavit, Yerevan, owned by Valeri Harutyunyan, shall be defined as settlement lands, and its functional significance, in accordance with sub-point 3 of point 24 of the procedure approved by decision No. 1920-Ն of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated December 29, 2011 (purpose of use), shall be residential development.
