ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Adrine Babloyan on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land plot occupied by the garage No. 1 of building No. 5, E. Charents Street (state registration of rights to immovable property 13.09.2024, certificate No. 13092024-01-0419).

The cadastral value of the garage No. 1 of building No. 5, E. Charents Street, is 1,692,226 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Adrine Babloyan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 237 concluded on July 24, 2004, for the land plot with an area of 22.45 sq.m. occupied by the garage No. 1 of building No. 5, E. Charents Street, and making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:

  1. In the agreement, replace the words "Emil Vardanyan" with the words "Adrine Babloyan".

  2. Supplement point 18 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:

"Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  1. Take into consideration that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee. 3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan. TIGRAN AVINYAN
