This decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by a garage located at 1 G. Hasratyan Street, building 6, apartment 2, Yerevan. The lease term is extended until September 1, 2031, and the agreement is amended to reflect the new tenant, Anahit Gevorgyan. The head of the Ajapnyak administrative district is authorized to sign the agreement, and the agreement is subject to state registration. ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT CONCLUDED FOR THE LAND PLOT, AND ON MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Anahit Gevorgyan on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land plot occupied by the garage No. 2 of building No. 6 on G. Hasratyan Street (state registration certificate of rights to real estate No. 14072021-01-0129), which belongs to her by right of ownership.

The cadastral value of the garage No. 2 of building No. 6 on G. Hasratyan Street is 851,581 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize the Head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement with Anahit Gevorgyan, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 3894 concluded on August 20, 2005, for the land plot with an area of 16.4 square meters occupied by the garage No. 2 of building No. 6 on G. Hasratyan Street, and on making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:
  1. replace the words "Svetlana Tarjumanyan" with the words "Anahit Gevorgyan" in the agreement.
  2. supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph, with the following content:

"Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  1. Take into account that the agreement mentioned in the first point of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee.

  2. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be placed on the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan. 5.
