On extending the term of the land lease agreement, making amendments and additions to the agreement

Andraniki Street, and to make amendments and additions to it, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement: 1) replace the words "Karapetyan Juleta" with the words "Anahit Simonyan" in the agreement. 2) supplement clause 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content: "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT,
MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was Anahit Simonyan's application to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the garage (state registration certificate of rights to real estate No. 16022024-01-0166) at Z. Andraniki Street 20, building No. 12, and to make amendments and additions to the agreement.

The cadastral value of the garage at Z. Andraniki Street 20, building No. 12, is 1,944,429 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize Sasha Katvalyan, Head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of the city of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Anahit Simonyan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 18500 concluded on August 20, 2005, for the land plot with an area of 19.5 sq.m. occupied by the garage at Z. Andraniki Street 20, building No. 12, and making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:

    1. replace the words "Karapetyan Julieta" with the words "Anahit Simonyan" in the agreement.
    2. supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:
      "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031".

  2. Take into consideration that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee.

  3. This decision may be appealed in administrative order to the Mayor of Yerevan or in judicial order to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
