Decision on extending the term of the land plot lease agreement and making changes and additions to the agreement

The decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage 5 of building 94 on Z. Andraniki Street until September 1, 2031. It also includes an amendment to the contract, replacing "Mehak Hayrapetyan" with "Andranik Petrosyan". The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The execution of the decision is entrusted to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, and oversight is provided by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

Andraniki Street, and to make an amendment to it, including the following amendment and addition to the contract: replace the words "Mehak Hayrapetyan" with "Andranik Petrosyan" in the contract; add a new paragraph to clause 16 of the contract with the following content: "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the contract has been extended until September 1, 2031."

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Andranik Petrosyan to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by garage No. 5 of building No. 94 on Z. Andranik Street (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property No. 10102025-01-0040), and to make amendments and additions to the agreement.

The cadastral value of garage No. 5 of building No. 94 on Z. Andranik Street is 1,196,190 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of June 4, 2020 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of December 23, 2025 of the Yerevan City Council.

  1. Authorize Sascha Katvalyan, head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Andranik Petrosyan, in the manner prescribed by law, to extend the term of lease agreement No. 2851 concluded on August 26, 2005, for the land plot of 18.3 square meters occupied by garage No. 5 of building No. 94 on Z. Andranik Street, and to make additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:

    1. replace the words "Mekhak Hayrapetyan" with the words "Andranik Petrosyan" in the agreement.

    2. supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph of the following content:

    "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  2. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan. TIGRAN AVINYAN
