ON MAKING AN ADDENDUM TO DECISION H.3684-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN DATED JULY 29, 2026

Guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts":

  1. To supplement Point 1 of Decision H.3684-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated July 29, 2026, "On extending the term of the land lease agreement, making amendments and addenda to the agreement, and providing an address," with a new Subpoint 7, with the following content:

"7) To supplement Point 18 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:
"Based on the agreement concluded between the Parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  1. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  2. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan.

  3. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
