On extending the term of the land lease agreement and making changes to the agreement

The decision authorizes the head of the Shengavit administrative district to conclude an agreement with Artsrun Alikhanyan to extend the term of the lease agreement for a 32.5 sq.m. land plot occupied by garage No. 2 at 6/8 Frunze Street and to make changes to it. The changes include replacing the words "Lusine Zohrabyan" with "Artsrun Alikhanyan" in the agreement and adding a new paragraph to clause 16 of the agreement, extending its validity until September 1, 2031.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT AND MAKING AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Artsrun Alikhanyan on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by garage No. 2 of building No. 6/8 on Frunze Street (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property N25022022-01-0205).

The cadastral value of garage No. 2 of building No. 6/8 on Frunze Street is 2,769,451 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the RA Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the RA Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Artsrun Alikhanyan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 4152 concluded on 27.07.2005 for the land plot with an area of 32.5 sq.m. occupied by garage No. 2 of building No. 6/8 on Frunze Street, and on making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:

  1. replace the words "Lusine Zohrabyan" with the words "Artsrun Alikhanyan" in the agreement.

  2. supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:

"Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  1. Take into account that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in the first point of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee.

  2. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
