ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT AND MAKING AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT

The Mayor's decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage No. 1, located at building No. 2, H. Gyulikevkhyan Street, Nor Nork, until October 1, 2031. The decision also instructs the head of the Nor Nork administrative district to sign an agreement with Babken Hambardzumyan regarding this extension and to make amendments to the contract. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The execution and responsibility for this decision are assigned to the head of the Nor Nork administrative district, and oversight is provided by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT AND MAKING AN ADDITION TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Babken Hambardzumyan on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land plot occupied by garage No. 1 (state registration certificate No. 21072021-01-0310 of rights to immovable property) belonging to him by right of ownership, located at Nor Nork, H. Gyulikevkhyan street, building No. 2.

The cadastral value of garage No. 1, located at Nor Nork, H. Gyulikevkhyan street, building No. 2, is 2,089,329 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of the city of Yerevan to conclude an agreement with Babken Hambardzumyan, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 56 concluded on 10.01.2006 for the land plot with an area of 30.5 sq.m. occupied by garage No. 1, located at Nor Nork, H. Gyulikevkhyan street, building No. 2, and making an addition to it, including the following changes and additions to the agreement:

    1. Supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:
      "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until October 1, 2031.".

  2. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
