Extension of the term of the land plot lease agreement

This decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage 1 at building 11, 1st lane, Bagratunyats Street, until September 1, 2031. The extension is authorized by the head of the Shengavit administrative district and is based on an application from Sergey Balasanyan. The cadastral value of the plot is 1,111,500 AMD. The right arising from the extended agreement must be state-registered. The execution of this decision is entrusted to the head of the Shengavit administrative district, and oversight is provided by the First Deputy Mayor.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Sergey Balasanyan to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by garage No. 1 of building No. 11, Bagratunyats Street, 1st blind alley (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property N02062021-01-0175).

The cadastral value of garage No. 1 of building No. 11, Bagratunyats Street, 1st blind alley is 1,111,500 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the RA Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the RA Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Sergey Balasanyan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, to extend the term of lease agreement No. 3265, concluded on 18.09.2004, for the land plot with an area of 22.8 sq.m. occupied by garage No. 1 of building No. 11, Bagratunyats Street, 1st blind alley.

    1. Supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:

    "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  2. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in the first point of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the RA Administrative Court within two months from the date of its entry into force.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision to the Head of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan. 5.
