On extending the term of the land lease agreement

The decision authorizes the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement with Davit Aleksanyan to extend the term of the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by the shop at Bagratunyats Street, building 53/14, until September 1, 2027. The decision also states that the right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration with the Cadastral Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was Davit Aleksanyan's application to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the store at Bagratunyats Street No. 53/14 (state registration of rights to real estate N14112025-01-0438 certificate).

The cadastral value of the store at Bagratunyats Street No. 53/14 is 2,065,917 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the RA Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the RA Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Davit Aleksanyan on extending the term of lease agreement No. 5129 concluded on 20.08.2005 for the land plot with an area of 13.1 sq.m. occupied by the store at Bagratunyats Street No. 53/14, and on making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendments and additions to the agreement:

    1. Supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:

    "Based on the agreement concluded between the Parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2027."

  2. Take into account that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in the first point of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the RA Administrative Court within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
