Decision on extending the term of the land plot lease agreement and making an amendment to the agreement

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT AND MAKING AN ADDITION TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was Razmik Vardanyan's application to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by garage no. 20 of building no. 50 in Davtashen 1st district (state registration certificate of real estate right no. 04082026-01-0276 dated 18.06.2021).

The cadastral value of garage no. 20 of building no. 50 in Davtashen 1st district is 1,298,339 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia no. 1023-N dated June 4, 2020, by the appendix to the decision of the Yerevan City Council no. 463-N dated December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize Albert Hovasapyan, head of the Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Razmik Vardanyan, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement no. 3737 concluded on 24.08.2005 for the land plot with an area of 18.9 sq.m. occupied by garage no. 20 of building no. 50 in Davtashen 1st district and making an addition to it, including the following addition to the agreement:
  1. Supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph of the following content:

"Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  1. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  2. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  3. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be entrusted to the head of the Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan.

  4. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
