On extending the term of the land lease agreement and making an amendment to the agreement

The decision concerns extending the term of the land lease agreement for the plot occupied by garage No. 13 in building No. 27, Davtashen 4th district, until September 1, 2031. The head of Davtashen administrative district is authorized to conclude an agreement with Gor Mejlumyan. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision are assigned to the head of Davtashen administrative district, and control over its execution is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT AND MAKING AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Gor Mejlumyan to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by garage No. 13 of building No. 27, 4th district of Davtashen (state registration of rights to immovable property 23.06.2021, certificate No. 12082026-01-0102).

The cadastral value of garage No. 13 of building No. 27, 4th district of Davtashen, is 1,717,981 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On Principles of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 1023-N of June 4, 2020, by the appendix to the decision of the Yerevan City Council No. 463-N of December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize Albert Hovasapyan, head of the Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Gor Mejlumyan, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 1742/6-P dated 19.07.2005 for the land plot with an area of 21.7 sq.m. occupied by garage No. 13 of building No. 27, 4th district of Davtashen, and making an amendment to it, including the following amendment to the agreement:
  1. Supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph, with the following content.

«Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the contract has been extended until September 1, 2031.».
2. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant department of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan.
5. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
