This decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage 20 in building 45, Davtashen 4th quarter, until September 1, 2031. It also amends the agreement by replacing the name "Arshavir Hayrapetyan" with "Petros Boyakhchyan". The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The head of the Davtashen administrative district is responsible for execution, and the First Deputy Mayor oversees it.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Petros Boyakhchyan on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by garage No. 20 of building No. 45, Davtashen 4th district (state registration of rights to immovable property certificate No. 02092021-01-0277 dated 02.09.2021).
The cadastral value of garage No. 20 of building No. 45, Davtashen 4th district, is 1,342,538 AMD.
Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 1023-N dated June 4, 2020.

  1. Authorize Albert Hovasapyan, head of the Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Petros Boyakhchyan on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 735 concluded on 01.03.2006 for the land plot with an area of 19.8 sq.m. occupied by garage No. 20 of building No. 45, Davtashen 4th district, and making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:
  1. replace the words "Arshavir Hayrapetyan" with the words "Petros Boyakhchyan" in the agreement.
  2. supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph of the following content:

"Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  1. To take into consideration that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia. 3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
