Kochar Street, building No. 2, and making an amendment to it, including the following amendment to the agreement: 1) supplement point 18 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content: "Based on the agreement concluded between the Parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031".

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, AND MAKING AN ADDITION TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Anna Vasilyan, Syuzan Vasilyan and Eleonora Markosyan to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the garage No. 2 of the building No. 7, E. Kochar Street (state registration of rights to real estate 05.08.2021, certificate No. 05082021-01-0277), owned by them by right of common shared ownership.

The cadastral value of the garage No. 2, building No. 7, E. Kochar Street is 1,737,979 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of June 4, 2020 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of December 23, 2025 of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

  1. Authorize the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Anna Vasilyan, Syuzan Vasilyan, Eleonora Markosyan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 169 concluded on 15.01.2004 for the land plot with an area of 18.9 square meters occupied by the garage No. 2, building No. 7, E. Kochar Street, and making an addition to it, including the following addition to the agreement:

    1. Supplement point 18 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:
      "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  2. Take into account that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant department of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be vested in the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
