On extending the term of the land lease agreement and making an amendment to the agreement

The decision authorizes the head of Yerevan's Kentron administrative district to conclude an agreement with Elena Kurdiyan to extend the term of the lease agreement for a 34.0 sqm land plot occupied by a garage at 4 T. Isakov Avenue, building 9, and to make an amendment to it. The term of the agreement is extended until September 1, 2031.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT FOR A LAND PLOT AND MAKING AN ADDITION TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Elena Kurdiyan regarding the extension of the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land plot occupied by the garage (state registration of rights to immovable property certificate No. 12122023-01-0364 dated 12.12.2023) at 4 Ts. Isakov Avenue, building 9.
The cadastral value of the garage at 4 Ts. Isakov Avenue, building 9, is 1,929,987 AMD.
Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59, and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Government Decision No. 1023-N of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Yerevan City Council Decision No. 463-N of December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize the Head of Kentron administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement with Elena Kurdiyan, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 320 concluded on February 21, 2006, for the land plot of 34.0 sq.m. occupied by the garage at 4 Ts. Isakov Avenue, building 9, and making an addition to it, including the following addition to the agreement:
  1. Supplement point 18 of the agreement with a new paragraph of the following content:

"Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  1. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  2. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  3. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be vested in the Head of Kentron administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan. TIGRAN AVINYAN
