Regarding the extension of the term of the land plot lease agreement and making an amendment to the agreement

The decision authorizes the head of the Arabkir administrative district to sign an agreement with "Flesh Service" LLC to extend the lease term of the land plot occupied by the gas station at H. Kochar St. 44/3 until October 1, 2027. The decision also notes that the rights arising from this agreement are subject to state registration. The head of the Arabkir district is responsible for the execution of the decision, and the first deputy mayor oversees its implementation.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, AND MAKING AN ADDITION TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Karen Meliksetyan, director of "FLASH SERVICE" LLC, on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the gas station (state registration certificate of rights to real estate No. 13102025-01-0262) located at H. Kochar Street 44/3.

The cadastral value of the gas station located at H. Kochar Street 44/3 is 13,267,297 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 318, 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with "FLASH SERVICE" LLC on extending the term of lease agreement No. 3-473 concluded on 16.03.2001 for the land plot with an area of 66.5 square meters occupied by the gas station located at H. Kochar Street 44/3, and to make an addition to it, including the following addition to the agreement:

    1. Supplement point 19 of the agreement with a new paragraph, with the following content:
      "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until October 1, 2027."

  2. Take into account that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in the first point of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant territorial subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
