Extension of lease agreement for land plot and amendment to the agreement

This decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by the kiosk at 11/4 Halabyan Street until September 1, 2027. The Head of the Ajapnyak Administrative District is authorized to sign the agreement. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. Control over execution is assigned to the First Deputy Mayor.

ON THE EXTENSION OF THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT

CONCLUDED FOR A LAND PLOT, AND ON MAKING

AN ADDITION TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Sonya Grigoryan regarding the extension of the validity period of the lease agreement concluded for the land plot occupied by the kiosk belonging to her by right of ownership, located at the address h.11/4 Halabyan Street (certificate of state registration of rights to real estate h.07052024-01-0304).

The cadastral value of the kiosk located at h.11/4 Halabyan Street amounts to 3,600,543 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59, and 60 of the Law "On the Foundations of Administration and Administrative Proceedings", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision h.1023-N of the Government of the RA dated June 4, 2020, and the Annex to Decision h.463-N of the Yerevan City Council dated December 23, 2025:

  1. To authorize the head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan to conclude, in the manner prescribed by legislation and on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, an agreement with Sonya Grigoryan regarding the extension of the validity period and making an addition to the lease agreement h.2399 concluded on June 18, 2003, for the 18.0sqm land plot occupied by the kiosk located at h.11/4 Halabyan Street, by including the following addition to the agreement:

    1. to supplement clause 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:
      "Based on the agreement concluded between the Parties, the validity period of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2027."

  2. To take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in the first point of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the RA.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
