On extending the term of the land lease agreement and making an amendment to the agreement

Ohanov Street, and to make an amendment to it, including the following supplement to the contract: Clause 16 of the contract is supplemented with a new paragraph with the following content: "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the contract has been extended until September 1, 2031."

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT AND MAKING AN ADDITION TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Hamlet Danielyan on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the garage (state registration certificate of rights to real estate no. 23092021-01-0264) at S. Ohanov Street 18, apt. 13, and making an addition to the agreement.
The cadastral value of the garage at S. Ohanov Street 18, apt. 13 is 1,610,451 AMD.
Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize Sasha Katvalyan, Head of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Hamlet Danielyan, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 142 concluded on January 30, 2006, for the land plot of 24.8 sq.m. occupied by the garage at S. Ohanov Street 18, apt. 13, and making an addition thereto, including the following addition to the agreement:

    1. Supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:

    "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  2. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan. TIGRAN AVINYAN
