On extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for a land plot and making amendments and additions to the agreement

The decision authorizes Artak Hovakimyan, head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Karine Alvrtsyan to extend the lease agreement for a 26.3 sqm land plot occupied by garage No. 16 at Z. Kanakertsu street, building 54/4, until September 1, 2031. The agreement will be amended to replace the words "Tigran Gasparyan" with "Karine Alvrtsyan" and a new paragraph will be added regarding the extension of the agreement.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT CONCLUDED FOR THE LAND PLOT AND MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Karine Alvrtsyan regarding the extension of the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land plot occupied by garage No. 16 of building No. 54/4 on Z. Kanakertsu Street (state registration certificate No. 03052021-01-0165 for rights to immovable property).
The cadastral value of garage No. 16 of building No. 54/4 on Z. Kanakertsu Street is 1,477,253 AMD.
Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the Appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Council of Elders of Yerevan of December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize Artak Hovakimyan, Head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Karine Alvrtsyan, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 2961 for the land plot with an area of 26.3 sq.m. occupied by garage No. 16 of building No. 54/4 on Z. Kanakertsu Street, concluded on June 24, 2005, and making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:

    1. replace the words "Tigran Gasparyan" with the words "Karine Alvrtsyan" in the agreement.
    2. supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph of the following content:

    "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  2. Take into account that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in the first point of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be placed on the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
