ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE AGREEMENT

The decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by a garage and makes changes to it. The head of the Kentron administrative district is authorized to sign the agreement. The execution of the decision is entrusted to the head of the Kentron administrative district, and oversight is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor.

    Authorize the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan city to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Ashot Maghakyan to extend the term of the lease agreement No. 14492 dated 29.12.2005 for the land plot occupied by the garage at Khanchyan Street No. 47/1, Building No. 10, with an area of 20.3 sq.m., and to make changes and additions to it, including the following changes and additions to the contract: 1) replace the words "Irina Ghazaryan" in the contract with the words "Ashot Maghakyan"; 2) supplement Article 18 of the contract with a new paragraph with the following content: "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the contract has been extended until August 1, 2031."

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT,
AND MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Ashot Maghakyan on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by garage No. 10 (state registration of rights to real estate 31.07.2025, certificate No. 31072025-01-0144) at Khanjyan Street, building 47/1, No. 10.

The cadastral value of garage No. 10 at Khanjyan Street, building 47/1, is 2,139,858 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize the Head of Kentron administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Ashot Maghakyan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 14492 concluded on 29.12.2005 for the land plot with an area of 20.3 square meters occupied by garage No. 10 at Khanjyan Street, building 47/1, and making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:

    1. replace the words "Irina Ghazaryan" with the words "Ashot Maghakyan" in the agreement.
    2. supplement point 18 of the agreement with a new paragraph of the following content:
      "Based on the agreement concluded between the Parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until August 1, 2031."

  2. Take into account that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
