Extension of the term of the land plot lease agreement

This decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by a garage. The term of the lease agreement for the land plot of 23.0 sqm occupied by garage No. 5 in building No. 13 on May 9th Street is extended until September 1, 2031. The head of the Shengavit administrative district is authorized to conclude an agreement with the tenant, Larisa Aroianc. The rights arising from the agreement are subject to state registration. The execution of the decision is entrusted to the head of the Shengavit administrative district, and oversight is provided by the First Deputy Mayor.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Larisa Aroyan, on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by garage No. 5 of building No. 13 on May 9th Street (state registration certificate of rights to real estate N05052021-01-0173).

The cadastral value of garage No. 5 of building No. 13 on May 9th Street is 1,552,088 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the RA Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the RA Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Proceedings", Parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement with Larisa Aroyan, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 4232 concluded on 09.08.2005, for the land plot with an area of 23.0 sq.m. occupied by garage No. 5 of building No. 13 on May 9th Street.
  1. Supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:

"Based on the agreement concluded between the Parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  1. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in the first point of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee.

  2. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the RA Administrative Court within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  3. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be vested in the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan. 5.
