Regarding the extension of the land lease agreement term and making amendments to the agreement

The decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by garage No. 3 at building 12/1, H. Svadzhyan Street, until September 1, 2031, and authorizes the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district to sign the supplementary agreement. It also notes that the rights arising from the agreement are subject to state registration and assigns responsibility for execution and oversight.

Svadzhyan Street, and making an amendment to it, including the following amendment to the agreement: 1) supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content: "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."
