Decision on extending the term of the land plot lease agreement and making changes and additions to the agreement

This decision extends the lease term for a land plot occupied by a garage at Charragaytin St., Bldg V, Apt. 8, until September 1, 2031. It authorizes the head of the Malatia-Sebastia district to sign an agreement with the lessees, Nune Hayrapetyan and Angin Danielyan, to this effect. The right arising from this agreement is subject to state registration. The execution of the decision is entrusted to the head of the district, and control is assigned to the first deputy mayor.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Nune Hayrapetyan and Angin Danielyan to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the garage at Charagaytayin Street, Building V, No. 8 (state registration certificate of rights to real estate No. 15062021-01-0285).
The cadastral value of the garage at Charagaytayin Street, Building V, No. 8 is 1,942,934 AMD.
Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize Romik Mkhitaryan, Head of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Nune Hayrapetyan and Angin Danielyan on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 3242 concluded on August 11, 2005, for the land plot of 23.87 sq.m. occupied by the garage at Charagaytayin Street, Building V, No. 8, and making an addition to it, including the following addition to the agreement:

    1. Supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:
      "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  2. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be placed on the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by A. Pambukhchyan, First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.
