Decision on extending the term of the land lease agreement and making amendments to the agreement

Andraniki street, with an area of 27.5 sqm, and to make an amendment to it, including the following addition to the agreement: Clause 16 of the agreement is supplemented with a new paragraph with the following content: "The term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031, based on the agreement concluded between the parties."

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT AND MAKING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Eliza Tadevosyan on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the garage (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property №11062021-01-0166) at Z. Andraniki street 44, building № 11, and making an amendment and supplement to the agreement.
The cadastral value of the garage at Z. Andraniki street 44, building № 11 is 1,827,227 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision №1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision №463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize Sasha Katvalyan, Head of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan City, to conclude an agreement with Eliza Tadevosyan, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement №3064 concluded on September 5, 2005, for the land plot of 27.5 sq.m. occupied by the garage at Z. Andraniki street 44, building № 11, and making an amendment thereto, including the following amendment to the agreement:

    1. Supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:
      "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  2. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the Head of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan A. Pambukhchyan.
