ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Hayastan Gasparyan to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the garage No. 22 of the building No. 52/5 on Admiral Isakov Avenue (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property No. 18102021-01-0062), and to make amendments and additions to the agreement.
The cadastral value of the garage No. 22 of the building No. 52/5 on Admiral Isakov Avenue is 2,242,130 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council dated December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize Sasha Katvalyan, Head of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Hayastan Gasparyan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 3773 concluded on August 23, 2005, for the land plot with an area of 47.0 sq.m. occupied by the garage No. 22 of the building No. 52/5 on Admiral Isakov Avenue, and making an addition to it, including the following addition to the agreement:

    1. Supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:
      "The term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031, based on the agreement concluded between the parties.".

  2. To take into consideration that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
