Extending the term of the land plot lease agreement and making amendments and additions to the agreement

This decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by garage 13 at 20 Z. Andraniki Street until September 1, 2031. It also changes the name of the previous lessee from Gagik Barseghyan to Mariam Vardanyan. The head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district is authorized to sign the agreement, and the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan will oversee its execution. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was Mariam Vardanyan's application to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the garage at Z. Andraniki Street 20, building 13 (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property No. 19072021-01-0282), and to make amendments and additions to the agreement.
The cadastral value of the garage at Z. Andraniki Street 20, building 13, is 1,598,561 AMD.
Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize Sasha Katvalyan, Head of the Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Mariam Vardanyan, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 3747 concluded on August 22, 2005, for the land plot of 17.4 sq.m. occupied by the garage at Z. Andraniki Street 20, building 13, and making an addition to it, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:

    1. replace the words "Barseghyan Gagik" with the words "Mariam Vardanyan" in the agreement
    2. supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:

    "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  2. Take into consideration that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee. 3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
