On extending the term of the land lease agreement, making changes and additions to the agreement

It also authorizes the head of the Nor Nork administrative district to sign an agreement with Ara Gevorgyan and Anna Hovhannyan to extend the lease term and make amendments, including replacing the name "Samvel Mkhitaryan" with "Ara Gevorgyan and Anna Hovhannyan" and adding a clause to the agreement.     Authorize the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Ara Gevorgyan and Anna Hovhannyan on extending the term of lease agreement No. 4286 concluded on 18.07.2005 for the land plot with an area of 27.0 sq.m. occupied by garage No. 5, building No. 12, 7th microdistrict of Nor Nork, and making changes and additions to it, including the following change and addition to the agreement: 1) replace the words "Samvel Mkhitaryan" with the words "Ara Gevorgyan and Anna Hovhannyan" in the agreement. 2) supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content: "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031".
