Extending the term of the land lease agreement and making changes and additions to the agreement

The decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage 10 in building 60 on Oganov street until September 1, 2031. It also corrects the name of the lessee from "Valentin Khachatryan" to "Irina Khachatryan". The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The execution of the decision is entrusted to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, and oversight is assigned to the First Deputy Mayor.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Irina Khachatryan to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by garage No. 10 (state registration certificate of rights to real estate No. 21122023-01-0315) of building No. 60, Oganov Street, and to make amendments and additions to the agreement.

The cadastral value of garage No. 10 of building No. 60, Oganov Street, is 1,428,178 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the provisions of the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize Sasha Katvalyan, Head of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Irina Khachatryan on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 4507 concluded on December 29, 2003, for the land plot of 23.5 sq.m. of garage No. 10 of building No. 60, Oganov Street, and making an addition thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:
  1. replace the words "Khachatryan Valentin" with the words "Irina Khachatryan" in the agreement
  2. supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:

"Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  1. Take into consideration that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee. 3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by A. Pambukhchyan, First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan. TIGRAN AVINYAN
