Extending the term of the land lease agreement and making an amendment to the contract

This decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by garage 1 at Pushkin Street, building 3, until September 1, 2031. The head of the Kentron administrative district is authorized to conclude an agreement with Ashot Kirakosyan for this extension. The right arising from this agreement is subject to state registration. The decision also specifies that it can be appealed to the Mayor of Yerevan or the Administrative Court within two months and assigns responsibility for its execution to the head of the Kentron administrative district, with oversight by the First Deputy Mayor.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT AND MAKING AN ADDITION TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Ashot Kirakosyan on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the garage at Pushkin Street, bldg. 3, apt. 1 (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property dated 09.08.2021, №09082021-01-0073).

The cadastral value of the garage at Pushkin Street, bldg. 3, apt. 1 is 3,689,280 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision №1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision №463-N of the Yerevan City Council dated December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Ashot Kirakosyan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement №413/GA concluded on April 3, 2002, for the land plot with an area of 20.0 sq.m. occupied by the garage at Pushkin Street, bldg. 3, apt. 1, and making an addition to it, including the following addition to the agreement:
  1. Supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:

"Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  1. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  2. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
