Decision on extending the term of the land plot lease agreement and making changes and additions to the agreement
This decision extends the lease agreement for a land plot occupied by a garage at Radiation street V, building 6, from August 11, 2005. The agreement is amended to change the lessee's name from Stepan Hakobov to Ruben Hakobov and the lease term is extended until September 1, 2031. The decision also mandates state registration of the rights arising from the agreement and assigns execution and oversight responsibilities.

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT
The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Ruben Hakobov on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the garage at Charagaytayin Street, Building V, No. 6 (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property No. 15032022-01-0115), and on making amendments and additions to the agreement.
The cadastral value of the garage at Charagaytayin Street, Building V, No. 6 is 1,326,671 AMD.
Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of June 4, 2020, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of December 23, 2025, of the Yerevan City Council:
- Authorize Sasha Katvalyan, Head of the Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Ruben Hakobov, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 2240 concluded on August 11, 2005, for the land plot of 20.6 square meters occupied by the garage at Charagaytayin Street, Building V, No. 6, and on making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:
- replace the words "Hakobov Stepan" with the words "Ruben Hakobov" in the agreement.
- supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph of the following content:
"Based on the agreement concluded between the Parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."
- Take into consideration that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia. 3. This decision may be appealed in administrative order to the Mayor of Yerevan or in judicial order to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan. 5.
