Extension of the term of the lease agreement for the land plot and making amendments and additions to the agreement

The decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by the garage at 2/47 Rubinyants Street until September 1, 2031, and amends the agreement to reflect Marat Davtyan as the lessee. The execution and oversight of this decision are entrusted to the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district and the first deputy mayor, respectively.

    To Artak Hovakimyan, head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Marat Davtyan on extending the term of lease agreement No. 4654 for the land plot with an area of 28.0 sq.m. occupied by the garage located at 2/47 Rubinyants Street, concluded on August 19, 2005, and making amendments and additions to it, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement: 1) replace the words "Anahit Movsesyan" with the words "Marat Davtyan" in the agreement; 2) supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph of the following content: "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT CONCLUDED FOR THE LAND PLOT
AND MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

Marat Davtyan's application to extend the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land plot occupied by the garage (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property No. 08112023-01-0020) located at 2/47 Rubinyants Street served as the basis for the adoption of the administrative act.

The cadastral value of the garage located at 2/47 Rubinyants Street is 1,784,353 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize Artak Hovakimyan, Head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Marat Davtyan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of lease agreement No. 4654 for the land plot with an area of 28.0 sq.m. occupied by the garage located at 2/47 Rubinyants Street, concluded on August 19, 2005, and making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:

    1. in the agreement, replace the words "Anahit Movsesyan" with the words "Marat Davtyan".
    2. supplement point 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph of the following content:
      "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  2. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
