ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Alvard Minasyan regarding the extension of the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the garage (state registration of rights to real estate 21.04.2026, certificate no. 21042026-01-0146) at S. Zakyan Street, 1st Lane, building no. 1, garage no. 10.

The cadastral value of the garage at S. Zakyan Street, 1st Lane, building no. 1, garage no. 10 is 1,652,664 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Alvard Minasyan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on extending the term of lease agreement no. 4127 concluded on July 26, 2005, for the land plot with an area of 15.2 sq.m. occupied by the garage at S. Zakyan Street, 1st Lane, building no. 1, garage no. 10, and on making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:

    1. replace the words "Maghtaghyan Valeryan" with the words "Alvard Minasyan" in the agreement.

    2. supplement point 18 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:

    "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  2. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
