Extending the term of the land lease agreement, making changes and additions to the agreement

The decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by garage No. 13 in building No. 20 on Saryan Street, authorizing the head of the Kentron administrative district to sign an agreement with Harutyun Gharibyan. The agreement will amend the lease to replace Svetlana Bilbulyan with Harutyun Gharibyan and extend the lease term until September 1, 2031. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The head of the Kentron administrative district is responsible for the execution of the decision, and the first deputy mayor oversees its implementation.

    Authorize the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Harutyun Gharibyan on extending the term of the lease agreement pb- No. 23/35-449 concluded on 29.06.2004 for the land plot with an area of 26.8 sq.m. occupied by garage No. 13 in building No. 20 on Saryan Street, and to make changes and additions to it, including the following change and addition to the agreement: 1) replace the words "Svetlana Bilbulyan" with the words "Harutyun Gharibyan" in the agreement. 2) supplement point 18 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content: "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, MAKING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Harutyun Gharibyan, l/a Ashot Harutyunyan, on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the land occupied by the garage no. 13 (state registration of rights to real estate 16.02.2022, certificate no. 16022022-01-0083) at Saryan street, building no. 20.

The cadastral value of the garage no. 13 at Saryan street, building no. 20 is 2,170.21 AMD.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of December 23, 2025:

  1. Authorize the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Harutyun Gharibyan, in the manner prescribed by law, on extending the term of the lease agreement pb- no. 23/35-449 concluded on June 29, 2004, for the land plot with an area of 26.8 sq.m. occupied by the garage no. 13 at Saryan street, building no. 20, and on making amendments and additions thereto, including the following amendment and addition to the agreement:

  1. in the agreement, replace the words "Svetlana Bilbulyan" with the words "Harutyun Gharibyan".

  2. supplement point 18 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content:

"Based on the agreement concluded between the Parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2031."

  1. To note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia. 3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the head of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
