Isakov Avenue, and making changes and additions to it, including the following changes and additions to the agreement: 1) replace the words "Poghosyan Armen" in the agreement with the words "Hovhannes Ogulukyan". 2) supplement Article 16 of the agreement with a new paragraph with the following content: "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until August 1, 2031".
