Decision on extending the term of the land plot lease agreement and making changes to the agreement.

The decision extends the lease agreement for the land plot occupied by the kiosk at V. Papazyan St., No. 24/1, until September 1, 2027. The head of the Arabkir administrative district is authorized to sign the agreement. The right arising from the agreement is subject to state registration. The decision also assigns execution and oversight responsibilities.

Papazyan St., No. 24/1, and to make changes to it, including the following change in the agreement: Clause 17 of the agreement is to be edited with a new paragraph with the following content: "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2027."

ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAND LEASE AGREEMENT, AND AMENDING THE AGREEMENT

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Grigor Avetisyan, director of "KHACHIK and VORDI" LLC, on extending the term of the lease agreement concluded for the kiosk located at 24/1 V. Papazyan Street (state registration certificate of rights to real estate No. 30072025-01-0051).
The cadastral value of the kiosk located at 24/1 V. Papazyan Street is 3,662,047 AMD.
Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code, Decision No. 1023-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2020, and the appendix to Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025.

  1. Authorize the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, to conclude an agreement with Grigor Avetisyan, director of "KHACHIK and VORDI" LLC, on extending the term of agreement No. 2-494 concluded on 31.01.2003 for the land plot with an area of 16.0 sq.m occupied by the kiosk located at 24/1 V. Papazyan Street, and to make an amendment to it, including the following amendment in the agreement:

    1. Article 17 of the agreement shall be reworded with a new paragraph, with the following content:

    "Based on the agreement concluded between the parties, the term of the agreement has been extended until September 1, 2027."

  2. Take note that the right arising from the agreement mentioned in the first point of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant territorial subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be placed on the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
