ON TERMINATING THE LEASE AGREEMENT FOR THE LAND OCCUPIED BY THE METAL KIOSK LOCATED IN FRONT OF BUILDING NO. 188 ON G. BASHINJAGHYAN STREET

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was Gevorg Samsonyan's application to terminate the lease agreement No. 3467 dated 30.08.2005, concluded for the 9.9 sq.m. land plot occupied by the metal kiosk (certificate of ownership/use right of immovable property registration No. 1978952 dated 24.08.2005) belonging to him by right of ownership, located in front of building No. 188 on G. Bashinjaghyan Street.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", and Parts 1 of Articles 466 and 468 of the Civil Code:

  1. To authorize the Head of Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan to conclude an agreement on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan with Gevorg Samsonyan, in the manner prescribed by law, on the termination of lease agreement No. 3467 concluded on August 20, 2005, for the 9.9 sq.m. land plot occupied by the kiosk located in front of building No. 188 on G. Bashinjaghyan Street, by making the corresponding change in the property lease database.

  2. To take note that the termination of the right of the agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision to the Head of Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, A. Pambukhchyan.
