ON GRANTING PRIVILEGES FOR THE PAYMENT

OF PARKING FEES

In accordance with sub-clause 7 of clause 1 and sub-clause 3 of clause 2 of Decision N 482-N of the Yerevan City Council dated December 23, 2025, and based on the applications of persons with disabilities having mobility difficulties who are owners or other legal possessors and drivers of motor vehicles:

1. To grant a privilege for the year 2026 to the persons included in the list of the Annex to this decision, from the date this decision enters into force until the date specified in the row referring to each person inclusive, by exempting them from the payment of the calculated local parking fee.

2. To inform the persons mentioned in the Annex to this decision that applications for receiving a parking fee payment privilege for the year 2027 can be submitted starting from December 15, 2026.

3. This decision enters into force on the day following its receipt by the persons included in the list of the Annex to the decision.

4. This decision may be appealed through administrative procedure to the Mayor of Yerevan or through judicial procedure to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

5. The responsibility for the organization and implementation of this decision shall be placed upon the Heads of the Transport Department and the Secretariat of the Staff of the Yerevan Municipality.

6. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan.
