On granting parking fee payment privilege
A parking fee payment privilege is granted in 2026 to persons with mobility difficulties, persons with disabilities, or persons transporting them. Applications for the 2027 privilege can be submitted starting from December 15, 2026. The responsibility for execution is placed on the heads of the transport department and secretariat of the Yerevan City Hall staff.

ON GRANTING PARKING FEE PAYMENT PRIVILEGE
In accordance with sub-point 7 of point 1 and sub-point 3 of point 2 of Decision N 482-N of December 23, 2025, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, based on the applications of persons with mobility difficulties, persons with disabilities (or those transporting them) who are owners or other legal possessors of a motor vehicle and drive it:

To grant privilege to the persons included in the list of the appendix to this decision for 2026, from the date of entry into force of this decision until the date specified in the row pertaining to each person, inclusive, exempting them from paying the calculated local parking fee.

To inform the persons mentioned in the appendix to this decision that applications for obtaining a parking fee payment privilege for 2027 can be submitted starting from December 15, 2026.

This decision enters into force on the day following its receipt by the persons included in the list of the appendix to the decision.

This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be placed on the heads of the Transport Department and the Secretariat of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
