Decision to grant permission for the installation of an automatic self-service device outside buildings and structures within the administrative territory of Yerevan.

This decision grants "Shakaryan Tigran Yervandi" Sole Proprietorship permission to install one automatic self-service device at the address opposite house 70, Mikayelyan Street, Malatia-Sebastia district, for the period of August 2026. It also notes that the local fee for August has been paid, and the permit will be extended if subsequent months' fees are paid. Oversight of the activity and compliance with Yerevan Council of Elders decision N 249-N of December 24, 2024, is assigned to the head of the Trade, Services, and Advertising Department. The organization and responsibility for executing this decision are also placed on the head of the same department. Control over the execution is carried out by the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Suren Grigoryan. The decision can be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within two months from the date of its entry into force.

ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY

Taking into account the application of Individual Entrepreneur "Shakaryan Tigran Yervandi" and guided by the appendix to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan and Decision No. 480-N of December 23, 2025, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

  1. To grant Individual Entrepreneur "Shakaryan Tigran Yervandi" permission for the installation of 1 automatic self-service device for the month of August 2026, for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community, at the address Malatia-Sebastia, Mikayelyan Street No. 70, in front of.

  2. To take note that the local fee established for the month of August for the permission to install an automatic self-service device has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year has been paid, the permission is considered extended.

  3. To the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff: to supervise the fulfillment of the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan during the activity of Individual Entrepreneur "Shakaryan Tigran Yervandi" mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  5. The control over the execution of this decision shall be carried out by Suren Grigoryan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
