The decision grants permission to "Hmayak Hunanyan Noriki" IE to install one automatic self-service device in front of 27 Isakov Avenue, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, for August 2026. The permit is extended if local fees for subsequent months are paid. ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY

Considering the application of Individual Entrepreneur "Hmayak Hunanyan Noriki" and guided by the appendix to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council and Decision No. 480-N of December 23, 2025, of the Yerevan City Council:

  1. To grant Individual Entrepreneur "Hmayak Hunanyan Noriki" permission to install 1 automatic self-service device in front of address H.27 Isakovi Avenue, Malatia-Sebastia, for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community for August 2026.

  2. To acknowledge that the local fee set for August for the permission to install an automatic self-service device has been paid, and in case the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year is paid, the permission is considered extended.

  3. To the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Staff of Yerevan Municipality: to supervise the compliance of the activities of Individual Entrepreneur "Hmayak Hunanyan Noriki" mentioned in point 1 of this decision with the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Staff of Yerevan Municipality.

  5. The control over the implementation of this decision is carried out by Suren Grigoryan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
