ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA OF YEREVAN CITY

Taking into account the application of Artem Ghazaryan, General Director of "Tel-Cell" Open Joint-Stock Company, and guided by the appendix to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council:

  1. To grant "Tel-Cell" Open Joint-Stock Company permission to install 29 automatic self-service devices for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative area of Yerevan community for August 2026, at the following addresses: A. Tigranyan Street No. 20/1, Aharonyan Street No. 14/4, Sevak Street No. 1/4, K. Ulnetzi 3rd Dead End No. 2/2, Fanarjyan Street No. 76/3, Galshoyan Street No. 24/1, Totovents Street No. 2/9, Davtashen 4th District No. 3/2, A. Hovhannisyan Street No. 18/2, H. Hakobyan Street No. 2/49, Avan Arinj 1st Microdistrict No. 5, Nansen Street No. 1, Mamikonyants Street No. 3, Dzorapi Street No. 15, Vilnius Street No. 1/7, Gyurjyan Street No. 1/52, S. Safaryan Street No. 1/27, Khaghagh Don Street Nos. 4/1, 19/12, Vagharshyan Street No. 12/1, Davtashen 1st District No. 7/2, T. Petrosyan Street No. 17/1, Avanesov Street No. 36/2, Nor Aresh 42 Street No. 20, S. Davit Street No. 13/1, Moldovakan Street No. 60, Totovents Street No. 3/6, Marri Street No. 13, and N. Safaryan Street No. 79 in Yerevan City.

  2. To take note that the local fee established for the installation permit of automatic self-service devices for the month of August has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year has been paid, the permit is considered extended.

  3. The Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Staff of Yerevan Municipality shall exercise control over the fulfillment of the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council during the activities of "Tel-Cell" Open Joint-Stock Company mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision to the Head of the Trade, Services, and Advertising Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff. 5. The control over the execution of this decision shall be carried out by the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Suren Grigoryan. 6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
