ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY

Taking into account the application of "ALFA BRAVO" LLC and guided by the appendix to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council and Decision No. 480-N of December 23, 2025, of the Yerevan City Council:

  1. To grant "ALFA BRAVO" LLC permission for the installation of 2 automatic self-service devices in front of building No. 17 on Vardanants Street, Kentron, for the month of September 2026, for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community.

  2. To acknowledge that the local fee set for the month of September for the permission to install automatic self-service devices has been paid, and in case the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year has been paid, the permission is considered extended.

  3. The Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff shall supervise the compliance of "ALFA BRAVO" LLC's activities with the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council, as mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  5. The control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by Suren Grigoryan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
