This decision permits "Easy Pay" LLC to install 2 automatic self-service devices in the administrative territory of the Yerevan community, in front of the addresses M. Avetisyan 4th Street No. 29 and Tbilisi Highway No. 92A. The permit is granted for July 2026, but in case of payment of the local fee, it is considered extended. The decision also establishes control over the activities of "Easy Pay" LLC in accordance with the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan.

ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY
Taking into account the application of Seda Petrosyan, representative of "Easy Pay" Limited Liability Company, and guided by Annex to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

To grant "Easy Pay" Limited Liability Company permission to install 2 automatic self-service devices for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community, for the month of July 2026, in front of the addresses M. Avetisyan 4th Street No. 29 and Tbilisi Highway No. 92A in Yerevan.

To take note that the local fee set for the month of July for the installation permit of automatic self-service devices has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year has been paid, the permit is considered extended.

To the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff: to supervise the compliance of "Easy Pay" Limited Liability Company's activities, mentioned in point 1 of this decision, with the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan.

To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

Control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan. 6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
