ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC
SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE
ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF THE CITY OF YEREVAN
Taking into account the application of IE "Ashot Melkonyan Andraniki" and guided by
the appendix to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

To grant IE "Ashot Melkonyan Andraniki" permission to install 1 automatic self-service device
in front of Hrachya Kochar Street, No. 139, Yerevan, for the purpose of conducting trade or providing
services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative
territory of Yerevan community for the month of July 2026. -
To acknowledge that the local fee established for the installation permit of the automatic
self-service device for the month of July has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for
the subsequent months of the current year is paid, the permit is considered extended. -
The Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff
shall exercise control over the implementation of the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24,
2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan during the activities of IE "Ashot Melkonyan Andraniki"
mentioned in point 1 of this decision. -
The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision shall be assigned to
the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff. -
Control over the execution of this decision shall be carried out by the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan,
Suren Grigoryan. -
This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
