ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF THE CITY

Taking into account the application of "Tigran Poghosyan Stephani" IE and guided by the appendix to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

  1. To grant "Tigran Poghosyan Stephani" IE permission to install 1 automatic self-service device in front of building No. 8, Kristaphori Street, Yerevan, for the month of July 2026, for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of the Yerevan community.

  2. To take note that the local fee established for the month of July for the permission to install an automatic self-service device has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year is paid, the permission is considered extended.

  3. Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff: to supervise the compliance of "Tigran Poghosyan Stephani" IE, mentioned in point 1 of this decision, with the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan during its activities.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  5. Control over the execution of this decision shall be exercised by Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
