ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY

Taking into account the application of Individual Entrepreneur "Gor Basteghyan Arshaki" and guided by the appendix to decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

  1. To grant Individual Entrepreneur "Gor Basteghyan Arshaki" permission to install 1 automatic self-service device in front of building No. 49, Nor Aresh 50 Street, Yerevan, for the month of July 2026, for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community.

  2. To take note that the local fee set for the month of July for the permission to install an automatic self-service device has been paid, and in case the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year is paid, the permission is considered extended.

  3. The Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff shall supervise the compliance of the activities of Individual Entrepreneur "Gor Basteghyan Arshaki" mentioned in point 1 of this decision with the requirements of decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  5. The control over the implementation of this decision shall be carried out by Suren Grigoryan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. TIGRAN AVINYAN
